Users of Ristorami.it agree to the following Terms and conditions.1. Preliminary statement
The following Terms and conditions (hereinafter also "Terms") constitute a contract between the User (visitor and/or contributor) and Ristorami.it.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, informing Users via e-mail or on the pages of our Website ("Site"). A current copy of these Terms is available to Users on the Site.
2. Description of service
The service provided by Ristorami.it is free.
By visiting the Site, by posting a review or by filling out the Restaurateurs form, you agree to abide by the Guidelines (stated below) set by the staff of Ristorami.it ("Staff") and to receive information from the Staff.
The service includes:
- browsing the Site www.ristorami.it
- except for owners or managers of restaurants, entering data on your experience in a restaurant in Milan or Province
- for owners or managers of restaurants, data entry related to your restaurant, and only to it
- the declaration of your email address when entering a review or sending information
- an assurance from the User to provide data that are correct and truthful
- an assurance from the Staff not to hand over the email addresses of Users to third party companies
- the delivery by the Staff of newsletters or other information via email
- the delivery by the Staff of information with commercial, market research purposes and/or social nature on behalf of third parties
3. Guidelines
The User shall observe the following guidelines established exclusively by the Staff:
- rate a restaurant only if you have been there.
- reviews must be truthful.
- we accept negative judgments, not insults.
- remember: do not use only "very bad" or "excellent".
- respect the netiquette.
- do not advertise. If you are a restaurateur go to our Restaurateurs page: you can promote your restaurant ensuring that all reviews about it remain truthful.
4. Membership, duration, termination and suspension of service
Adherence to the service is provided after filling out the forms in the Reviews or Restaurateurs pages, or where your email address is asked.
The service is free and unlimited.
To cancel your membership send us an email via the Contact Us page of the Site.
We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if you do not respect our Terms and conditions.
We have the right to temporarily suspend the service to ensure maintenance of the technology platform.
5. Copyright
The trademark, logo, domain name of Ristorami.it are trademarks owned by Ristorami.it.
Texts, images and all content of any kind on the Site are owned by Ristorami.it, as well as software and technology platform that provide the functionality of the Site.
The content provided by Users and published on the Site or residing on the site server become property of Ristorami.it.
You agree not to copy or change, in part or in full, the property of Ristorami.it and to use for purposes other than those specified in these Terms.
The use of property of Ristorami.it may be granted only with the express and written authorization from the Staff.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ristorami.it and its Management be liable for any direct, indirect and incidental damages connected with the Site.
Ristorami.it can not guarantee the accuracy of content provided by users. Also, Ristorami.it is not responsible for content on sites to which the Site is connected.
If you violate any of these Terms you guarantee to indemnify Ristorami.it from any form of damages related to your violation or misuse.
7. Legal Issues
By joining the Service, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms, governed by the laws of the Italian Republic.
In the event of a dispute related to these Terms, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to the Court of Milan.
